Some nonwoven and felt are featured with the characteristics such as filteration, water-absorption, water permeability, chemical resistance and biodegradability. More and more of those felt and nonwoven goods come into use for the purpose of air & water pollution control and nurture of plants. For example, our high temp filter felt(Tefaire® and Tefaire® HG Technology) is used as filteration of dioxin-included gas which is exhausted from municipal waste ｉｎｃinerator. Other filter felt is applied for the dust collection of air-polluting gas, acid or alkali gas and for other widely-ranged dust collection. PTFE membrane-laminated felt and anti-bacteria felt are applied for collection of valuable powders. These filter felt goods are supplied in domestic and overseas market. In addition, felt is used in dust respirator in order to prevent the wearer from breathing in harmful air. This felt is approved by NIOSH standard in U.S.A.. In the field of civil construction, we developped a felt designed for soil-stabilization at river bank protection works. plant-preserver and oil- absorber.
